Hot Lunch Program

4th Quarter Lunch Order Form

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We will be offering school lunch 3 days a week. This is possible because we have parent volunteers that have stepped forward to pick up and distribute the lunches each day. If you would like to help in this area please call our office and speak to Joyce Kerns or e-mail her at jkerns@ccctucson.org.

Our lunch program will operate the same as it did last year: the lunches will have to be paid for in advance at the end of each grading quarter therefore we cannot offer any refunds if your child is absent.  There are no “extras” ordered so if you didn’t purchase the lunch and the packed lunch for your child gets forgotten at home… we will call you to bring your child’s lunch.

We also offer a milk program (2 percent and chocolate) which can be ordered ahead at the same time as the hot lunch orders.

We will be sending home a lunch and milk order form before each new quarter.   If you have any questions please call Joyce Kerns in the Family Life Academy office at  296-8989.
