Application Procedure:

If you would like to apply for a tuition scholarship from Family Life Academy’s “pool” funds, fill out Family FLA Financial Statement (on back side)

Below is a list of three STOs that we also use at Family Life Academy.

 (IBE) Institute of Better Education 

(ACSTO) Arizona Christian School Tuition Organization
